From payment of utility bills and rubbish collection to regular
physical check of you home we offer a professional management service including collection of correspondence from your PO Box and safely held in our office. We can arrange cleaning and prepare and store fresh linen and towels. We also can offer a maintenance service and building repairs. With notice we will clean and prepare your holiday home making sure everything is in
order for your visit to Almeria.

Should rentals be offered, the commission charge made will be 20% for short term lets.
