physical check of you home we offer a professional management service including collection of correspondence from your PO Box and safely held in our office. We can arrange cleaning and prepare and store fresh linen and towels. We also can offer a maintenance service and building repairs. With notice we will clean and prepare your holiday home making sure everything is in
order for your visit to Almeria.

The Gold Package €500 + IVA
This package is the package we recomend for cliants that have property to rent.The Gold package has full rental Management we promote and enter your property on our web network Key holding Regular property inspections Post box per annumchecked and emptied. Any bills dealt with or filed as necessary. Preferential rates for industrial clean on new properties Maintenance provided (chargeable) Cleaning and laundry service provided. (extra cost).
